SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping items purchased on TeamGeer.com incur a standard "flat rate" of $4.99, regardless of number of items being shipped.

For large orders totaling over $79, we're able to offer free shipping on all qualifying items to be shipped. This free shipping upgrade is automatically added to your cart once you've reached the required order total. Hooray!

Team Geer utilizes innovative shipping partners and the USPS to fulfill orders to your door in a timely fashion. Due to the ongoing pandemic and delays with USPS, shipping times can vary. 

RETURN & REPLACEMENT

We do not accept returns since all products purchased on TeamGeer.com are custom made and printed just for you.

We do allow for a free replacement if one of the following criteria are met:

*Your item has a manufacturer damage or defect
*Your item was damaged in shipment

Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, so we may assist you. Attaching an image of the item in question will also allow us to resolve the matter quickly. If you have any other questions, please let us know and we will be happy to help.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

To start a valid exchange, contact us at support@szabobrands.com with a description of your order, order number, item damaged and a photo of the issue. A member of our customer service team will then assist in replacing your damaged item at no cost. We do not require the damaged item to be sent back, and it is yours to keep or discard. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. [See Replacements above]

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 Refunds 
Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis, and if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
